Your mission

As the Head of Procurement (all genders), you will define and optimize processes for sourcing, selecting, and contracting suppliers and subcontractors. Play a pivotal role in our journey to sustainable aviation by providing an operational excellence through a modern supply chain management system.

Your Day-to-Day

• Own the end-to-end procurement process.
• Develop and implement an efficient, robust procurement process to secure the best suppliers at the best terms.
• Establish a streamlined overall procurement process to effectively meet day-to-day operational requirements.
• Identify, select and contract leading development partners for structures, systems and various work packages.
• Ensure that all necessary contracts are in place to secure the Microliner development and production phases.
• Implement and manage a comprehensive supply chain management process to monitor and improve the performance of our suppliers and partners to ensure the highest standards.

Your profile

• More than 10 years of experience in procurement and/or supply chain management, with a proven track record of success.
• A degree in Engineering, Business, or Law.
• Extensive experience in Aircraft Development Programs, demonstrating industry-specific knowledge and expertise.
• Outstanding people skills, including empathy and strong interpersonal capabilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, coupled with strong planning abilities.
• Fluency in English, with advanced negotiation skills.
