About this Position

What you´ll do

  • Oversee day‑to‑day pilot plant operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable performance aligned with SHE and regulatory standards
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the pilot plant in alignment with overall organizational goals and objectives
  • Oversee the efficient scale‑up of new products and processes through ADP, ensuring robust process development from lab to pilot scale
  • Support the optimization of industrialization processes to increase time to market speed, reduce costs, and enhance quality
  • Support process development and innovation projects in collaboration with universities, suppliers, and engineering partners
  • Provide technology and process support for major CapEx projects
  • Define and deploy best practices across relevant technologiesand support technology transfer between regions
What makes you a good fit
  • Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering field
  • 10–15 years of experience in product development, innovation, research, application chemistry, or process engineering, incl. international exposure
  • Strong process engineering, analytical, and technology‑scouting skills
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to work cross‑functionally and manage complex stakeholder networks
  • Fluent German and English skills
