This isn’t a typical D2C playbook. The category is complex, often overlooked—and full of potential. You won’t just manage CPAs; you’ll build the growth engine across online and offline, from strategy to impactful hands‑on execution.
What can you bring
- 6+ years in Marketing/Brand/Comms with 3+ years people leadership; you’ve built teams and upgraded talent.
- From 0→1 and 1→n: proven track record launching channels across online and offline and scaling them profitably with a hands‑on mentality.
- Deep Meta and/or native expertise; SEO (and ideally GEO/AI Overviews) exposure is a strong plus.
- Hands‑on performance chops across creative, targeting, bidding, landing pages, and funnel design.
- PR/Comms experience: media strategy, narrative development, spokesperson enablement, and crisis readiness.
- Test‑and‑learn leader: bold bets, clear hypotheses, clean readouts; you know when to A/B vs. ship.
- Operates well in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments; brings structure without slowing things down.
- Abuilder’s mindset: resourceful, experimental, outcome‑obsessed.
- German language skills required; Business‑fluent English.
- Nice to have:
- Experience in regulated or utility‑adjacent categories (energy, fintech, telco, mobility).
- Experience with MMM, incrementality, server‑side tracking, and privacy‑safe growth.

Your Impact
- Build and lead a high‑performing Marketing, Brand & Communications team (currently 7 FTE); hire, coach, set goals, and develop the operating model further.
- Own all marketing channels end‑to‑end across Online as well as Offline and establish a setup that allows continuous testing to identify the most impactful playbooks; rather five sharp tests a month vs. one “perfect” quarterly campaign.
- Own and develop Rabot’s brand: positioning, narrative, identity—establish Rabot Energy as a leading B2C & B2B sustainable energy brand.
- Scale SEO and our GEO muscle (Generative Engine Optimization / AI Overviews) as an emerging acquisition channel.
- Own PR/Communications: messaging & narrative architecture, media relations, creator/influencer and partnership strategy, and issues/crisis comms playbook.
- Strengthen lifecycle/CRM (email, push, in‑app, referral) to improve activation, retention, and LTV.
- Pilot and scale non‑digital growth plays—OOH, print, experiential/PR stunts—with clear hypotheses and lightweight measurement to unlock repeatable, word‑of‑mouth growth.
- Drive our Performance Marketing engine across Meta, native, paid search and affiliates and explore new channels (TikTok, Reddit, YouTube Demand Gen, creators, partnerships)—and stop what doesn’t work.
- Become our Rabot spokesperson and represent across Media and conferences.
- Own measurement & economics: attribution, incrementality, LTV/CAC, payback, and a transparent KPI stack.
