Job summary

Schaeffler AG, Herzogenaurach, is seeking a seasoned HR leader to drive the global HR strategy and transform the operating model across the organization. You will lead strategic HR projects, partner with CHRO and senior stakeholders, and ensure effective budgeting and forecasting for HR initiatives.

Extensive senior HR management experience, global matrix leadership, and strong English communication are essential. The role offers flexible working time models and broad development opportunities.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• Extensive professional experience in a senior HR management role, combination of HR line management and HR consulting experience preferred.
• Proven experience in HR Strategy, HR transformation, and project management.
• Experience in HR Operating Model design and implementation.
• Strong management capability in a global matrix organization.
• Strong interpersonal, integrative, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in an international environment.
• Visionary Mindset: connect business goals with innovative people strategies.
• Very good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
