Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG is seeking a Strategy & Business Development Professional - Culture & Engagement to strengthen corporate culture and employee engagement across the organization.

Based in Herzogenaurach, the role collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement cultural transformation aligned with strategy. You will design programs for inclusion, diversity, and well-being, support engagement initiatives and communications, and help embed initiatives into HR processes,

Qualifications

• Completed university degree in business, psychology, HR management, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in HR functions focusing on culture, engagement and employee experience.
• Knowledge of modern engagement strategies and best practices.
• Experience using feedback tools (e.g., Qualtrics) and strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and cross-functional collaboration.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of actions to strengthen corporate culture and employee engagement
• Collaboration with various stakeholder groups in implementing cultural transformation processes aligned with corporate strategy
• Designing and promoting programs for inclusion, diversity, and employee well-being
• Support the development and introduction of employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and communication campaigns
• Monitoring employee engagement using feedback tools and identifying areas for improvement
• Embedding cultural initiatives into HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, and employee development
• Organization and facilitation of workshops, trainings, and events to promote values, leadership principles, and engagement

Your Qualifications

• Completed university degree in business, psychology, HR management, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in HR functions, particularly with a focus on organizational culture, employee engagement, and employee experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of modern strategies and best practices in employee engagement
• Proven expertise in using feedback tools and platforms (e.g., Qualtrics) as well as strong project management skills
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders
