Responsibilities

• Supporting the development and maintenance of project templates and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Collecting and analyzing project data to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
• Preparing project status reports, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinating meetings across international teams, managing agendas and minutes.
• Contributing to Change Management, Communication and Training strategy and plan.
• Participating in system/module tests.

In our Program HR.SALT we are in the drivers seat transforming our HR application landscape into one SAP SuccessFactors instance worldwide. This includes several functional and cross-functional projects with team members from the entire HR and IT organization, aiming to meet the expectationsa of our stakeholders and the company.

Your Responsibilities

• Assisting in project scheduling, tracking milestones and maintaining documentation
