Schaeffler invites a Senior HR & Strategy professional to shape HR governance across Europe (excluding Germany). You will define operating model service catalogs, support strategic target pictures, and drive standardized HR processes across countries within a global technology leader.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in business/HR, has years of international HR and process/project management experience, and is fluent in German and English.

• Describe the operating model service catalogue for the Europe region excluding Germany and ensure effective execution
• Support the development of a strategic target picture for your areas of responsibility within the Europe region excluding Germany, including a clear implementation roadmap
• Establish unified process governance to steer Country HR and HR Shared Service Center through standardized and structured guidance
• Prepare standard process documents, checklists and approval matrices to enable a consistent HR approach across countries
• Design and implement training and qualification measures for the regional HR community to strengthen relevant capabilities and skills
• Drive the ongoing harmonization of HR processes across the region by monitoring progress, ensuring consistency and efficiency, and considering local legal requirements
• Analyze existing HR Shared Service Center service catalogues and contribute to regional and global HR projects as an interface to key stakeholders

Your Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, human resources management or a comparable qualification combined with several years of relevant professional experience
• Strong background in HR as well as project and process management, ideally within complex international environments
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes, including Shared Service Center and payroll processes, along with a solid understanding of underlying operational workflows
• Business fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Excellent analytical skills, a high level of initiative, strong organizational abilities, and proven conceptual, consulting and intercultural competence
