Job summary

Schaeffler is seeking a global HR Systems Manager who will lead a team of HR professionals and consultants supporting SAP HCM Payroll, Time Management, and SuccessFactors. The role involves cross-country governance, regulatory alignment, and strong collaboration with IT, payroll operations, and external partners.

You will drive data protection, ILM, and test-data management while shaping digital HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in payroll, HR systems, time management or HR technology.
• Strong experience with SAP HCM Payroll and/or Time Management.
• Practical knowledge of German payroll and topics such as KUG, BAV and work schedules.
• Experience with SAP ILM, HR data protection, anonymization, cloning or test-data management.
• Proven experience leading teams and working with international stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills; German language skills are an advantage.
• Structured, reliable and quality-oriented working style with ownership and prioritization skills.

• Govern SAP ILM, data protection, anonymization, cloning and test-data management; advance SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning.
• Consolidate digitalization demands and manage global projects and resources with stakeholders.

Shape the future of global HR Compensation, Payroll and Time Management technologyWe are looking for an experienced global functional and disciplinary Manager to lead a team of HR Professionals and Consultants responsible for critical HR systems’ operational support and standards, requirements, as well as test and quality assurance. In this role, you will combine people leadership with functional responsibility, project management, and operational governance for SAP HCM Payroll, Time Management incl. SAP Fiori HR Self-Services, SuccessFactors Compensation Planning, HR Data Protection, Information Life Cycle Management and HR Audit Compliance.You will play a key role in ensuring that our HR applications and solutions are reliable, compliant, secure and fit for the future. Working across countries and functions, you will lead a team of experts and coordinate closely with HR Functional Teams, IT, payroll operations, HR Shared Service Teams, external service providers and implementation partners.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global team of HR Systems Business Consultants and Specialists.
• Ensure reliable and compliant global payroll and time-management solutions, including SAP HCM Payroll, Time Management and Interflex interfaces.
• Manage and further develop German payroll requirements, including KUG, work schedules, B2A and company pension processes.
• Coordinate the implementation of legal and regulatory requirements and provide support for HR audits.
• Establish and govern SAP transport, release and professional test-management processes.
• Monitor service quality, risks, audit requirements and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Govern SAP ILM, data protection, anonymization, system cloning and test-data management, while further developing SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning.
• Consolidate and prioritize digitalization demands, manage global projects and resources, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.

Your Qualifications
