Schaeffler is seeking a dedicated HR professional to advance corporate culture and employee engagement across global teams. In this role you will collaborate with stakeholders, design programs for inclusion, recognition, and wellbeing, and embed initiatives into HR processes from onboarding to performance management.

Qualifikationen

• Completed university degree in business, psychology, HR management, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in HR focusing on culture, engagement and employee experience.
• Experience with feedback tools and platforms (e.g., Qualtrics) and strong project management.

Your Qualifications

• Completed university degree in business, psychology, HR management, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in HR functions, particularly with a focus on organizational culture, employee engagement, and employee experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of modern strategies and best practices in employee engagement
• Proven expertise in using feedback tools and platforms (e.g., Qualtrics) as well as strong project management skills
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders
