Job summary

Schaeffler AG in Herzogenaurach invites an experienced HR leader to shape and implement the company’s global HR strategy. You will lead the design of the HR Operating Model and manage major projects in a dynamic, private-owned global technology group.

The role requires a proven track record in HR transformation within a global matrix, excellent stakeholder management, and fluency in English. German language skills are a plus.

• Proven senior HR leadership experience.
• Experience designing and implementing HR strategy in large organizations.
• Strong track record in HR transformation initiatives.
• Experience in designing and implementing HR Operating Models.
• Ability to manage projects within a global matrix organization.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
• Very good command of English; another language is an advantage.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, steering, and implementation of the HR/People Strategy
• Design and implement the HR Operating Model in alignment with business strategy and organizational needs
• Manage the strategic HR project portfolio and ensure effective prioritization and execution
• Lead and contribute to strategic HR projects across the Schaeffler Group
• Drive the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the HR strategy area

Your Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent qualification
• Extensive professional experience in a senior HR management role, combination of HR line management and HR consulting experience preferred
• Proven experience in HR Strategy, HR transformation, and project management
• Experience in HR Operating Model design and implementation
• Strong management capability in a global matrix organization
• Strong interpersonal, integrative, and communication skills
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in an international environment
• Visionary Mindset: Strong ability to connect business goals with innovative people strategies and structural operating models
• Very good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
