We are looking for a Head of Regional Recruitment to join us and lead our dynamic recruiting operations within Endress+Hauser Group. You will play a key role in shaping how we attract, engage, and hire the best talent across Europe ensuring our growth and innovation continue to thrive. The team is part of the Global CoE People Attraction & Development, which provides strategic and operational HR services for our global organization, fostering collaboration and excellence across all entities.

If so, this role offers you the chance to shape our recruitment strategy and lead a dedicated international team. Based in Weil am Rhein, you will report into the Director Global People Attraction & Development and collaborate closely with local and regional HR Business Partners, Managers, and leadership teams across Europe and in some APAC countries.

Which tasks will you perform?

You will:

  • Lead and coach a team of four recruiters based in Weil am Rhein, Germany and Kill, Ireland, supporting several Endress+Hauser entities across Europe and beyond
  • Drive disciplinary leadership, including employee appraisals, goal setting, and continuous improvement of structures, tools, and workflows within the recruitment function
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, managing and expanding partnerships with Line Managers and HR Business Partners while introducing our recruitment model to new entities
  • Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, from intake meetings and job requisition creation to candidate sourcing, and selection, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
  • Personally manage recruitment for selected senior and executive positions within the corporate organization
  • Collaborate with the global HRIS team to maintain and continuously improve our recruitment system (SAP SuccessFactors) and the infrastructure of our global career site
What do we expect from you?

You:

  • Hold a degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Bring proven leadership experience, ideally in a regional or international recruitment setting
  • Possess deep expertise in recruiting, stakeholder management, and process optimization (incl. continuous improvement of recruiting systems / tools)
  • Communicate effectively across all hierarchical levels, including senior leadership
  • Have a solid understanding of market and industry trends influencing recruitment strategies
  • Are fluent in English, strong preference for German as well; proficiency in another European language is a plus
