You actively craft and steer our growing offshore service business with full P & L responsibility. Your team tenders and completes long-term service programs, small solutions business, and runs an operations & control center.

You enable your team to act fast and decisively with your proactive and transparent leadership style.

You deepen relationships with our offshore customers and partners, and support our regions in the ramp-up of our international offshore operations.

Continuously, you find opportunities in our markets, organization, and team to transform and improve. You understand the importance of a strong strategy and team foundation as a basis for the implementation of change.

What You Bring
  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Professional experience in the sector of tendering and execution of large solutions/service contracts/projects
  • Experience in an operational function for an international organization, ideally with experience in project execution and handling growth and transformation
  • Proficient in English and German language skills
  • Passion for the service business and willingness to dive into service schemes, concepts, markets, pricing, and strategy, innovation, and change needs. Optimally, you bring experience in offshore transmission markets
