We are looking for you as Head of Engineering (m/f/d) for our Grafenrheinfeld site with immediate effect.

Your tasks

• Disciplinary and technical management of the Engineering department
• Strategic further development of the technologies used, market observation of new trends and implementation of new automation solutions
• Technical development of the assigned departments
• Responsibility for order planning and control as well as compliance with the target productivity of the individual departments
• Optimization of project processes
• Personnel requirements planning, training requirements planning

Your qualification

• Training and further education/studies in the field of electrical engineering
• In-depth knowledge of PLC programming and circuit diagram creation
• Several years of professional experience, preferably through commissioning
• Several years of management experience
• Business and technical management of major projects, preferably in the process industry
• Reliability and willingness to take responsibility
• High level of commitment and dedication
• High level of empathy and diplomacy paired with assertiveness
• Very good knowledge of English
