We are looking for you to join the Commercial Finance Team.

Tasks

• Take full responsibility for the financial steering of the Sky TV Sales division and act as a trusted sparring partner for the management team.
• Be deeply involved in shaping new offers and strategies, driving their implementation with confidence and determination.
• Coordinate the annual budget and regular forecasts, managing this process independently with your team and presenting results to senior management.
• Create and manage business cases and analyses, present them to management, and proactively respond to ad‑hoc requests, completing them autonomously.
• Advance Customer Lifetime Value to enable comparability of product profitability, highlight channel efficiencies, and derive actionable optimization recommendations.
• Play an active role in transforming sales channels, driving realignment and focusing on efficient digital sales opportunities.
• Act as a key interface with Marketing, ensuring effective investment allocation and overseeing compliance requirements within the order process.
• Support the achievement of departmental goals by developing new reports and enhancing existing ones to increase impact and relevance.
• Lead and inspire your team to become outstanding financial analysts and establish best‑in‑class business partnering.

Requirements

• Successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a similar field.
• Several years of experience in operational controlling within a media, telecommunications or comparable environment.
• Experience in leading teams and demonstrably developing them further.
• Independent working style and experience in collaborating with business units and management.
• Proactive mindset with strong commercial understanding beyond pure financial KPIs, contributing ideas and driving them forward.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, paired with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Confident working with Excel and SAP; knowledge of tools such as Tableau or OneStream is a plus.
• Familiarity with accounting standards (HGB, IFRS) and experience in month‑end closing processes.
• Very good German and English skills.
