Urban Italian Group is seeking a passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchens, drive culinary innovation, and create memorable dining experiences. The position is based in the South of Sweden, with potential for future relocation within the organization.

About Us

Urban Italian Group operates 11 restaurants across Sweden and Spain, including the Basta casual dining concept, Florentine, Trattoria Giorgo's, and Villa Valentina. We serve authentic Italian cuisine to over 3,000 guests daily with a diverse team of 500 culinary professionals from 53 nationalities.

Your Role

As Head Chef, you will lead the kitchen team, develop innovative menus, ensure food quality, manage costs, and uphold safety standards. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, driving culinary standards, and maintaining high performance in a fast-paced environment. Italian cuisine experience is a plus.
