Join our HiL Quality Assurance team and contribute to the reliability and performance of wind turbine systems. In this role, you will design and execute HiL tests for critical electrical components, ensuring safe and efficient operation in renewable energy applications.

YOUR TASKS

  • Specify and design new HiL tests based on electrical converter requirements
  • Develop, test, and maintain automated test cases using EXAM test automation
  • Execute test campaigns and analyze results for Main Power Converter, Pitch, and Yaw systems
  • Implement mathematical models in MATLAB Simulink and FPGA for closed-loop control, including state machines
  • Prepare quality reports, SOPs, and maintain documentation in Teamcenter
  • Work with JIRA, Confluence, and related tools integrated with the HiL test bench
  • Integrate JIRA, X-ray, and Confluence using APIs for automation and data exchange

YOUR PROFILE

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in designing HiL tests
  • Hands‑on experience with dSPACE Scalexio or similar HiL systems (Speedgoat, Typhoon HIL, Opal‑RT)
  • Proficient in MATLAB Simulink and FPGA‑based modeling
  • Fluent in English; German and/or Spanish skills are an advantage
