A global leader in data privacy is seeking a Growth Product Manager for Retention in Munich. You will operationalize the retention strategy, drive improvements in churn reduction, and ensure customer engagement throughout the product lifecycle. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in a similar role within SaaS, exhibit a strong analytical ability, and thrive in fast-paced environments. We are looking for a data-driven execution-focused Growth Product Manager for Retention to operationalize our retention strategy and drive measurable improvements across churn reduction retained ARR and Net and Gross Revenue Retention.
This role is accountable for turning strategy into shipped product initiatives owning day-to-day execution experimentation and performance tracking. You will work hands-on across the customer lifecycle from early engagement and activation through cancellation prevention payment recovery and win-back while operating at the intersection of product data and GTM execution.
This role is ideal for a PM who enjoys owning outcomes moving fast and collaborating deeply across functions.
