Growth Manager – B2B

As the Growth Manager for B2B at Omio you’ll own and execute lead generation and lifecycle marketing strategies that activate and grow our global network of B2B clients. This newly created role is foundational to enabling scalable and personalized communication with our partners, driving onboarding success, product adoption and revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help develop and implement lead generation and SMB customer acquisition activities across various channels (industry databases, paid marketing channels like LinkedIn and Google).
  • Design and implement CRM campaigns across email, in-product and push channels to convert leads into customers and enable growth of B2B accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with Partner Marketing and Product teams to align CRM flows with the partner journey and commercial goals.
  • Build onboarding and lifecycle journeys that move partners from contract signature to first booking and ongoing engagement.
  • Run A/B tests to refine messaging frequency and channel mix, optimizing campaign effectiveness at each lifecycle stage.
  • Use basic HTML to create and adapt CRM templates tailored to B2B communications.
  • Define and manage targeted B2B segments based on industry verticals, partner type, business potential, product usage and lifecycle maturity.
  • Manage CRM platforms such as Braze to automate and create partner campaigns.
  • Ensure accurate event tracking, trigger logic and data integrity across systems to power timely relevant communications.
  • Troubleshoot and continuously improve campaign operations, optimizing performance.
Qualifications
  • 3 years in Growth Marketing with CRM and B2B Marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to build CRM programs from the ground up, including data setup, campaign design and cross‑functional rollout.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation workflows.
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret performance data and make actionable insights.
  • Self‑starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to align stakeholders.
