As Growth Lead, You Will

• Develop and execute a data‑driven country strategy to establish nsave as a trusted name among Moroccan users.
• Build and nurture local communities of users, advocates, and partners who believe in nsave’s mission.
• Partner with universities, NGOs, and financial literacy programs to increase awareness and accessibility of fintech solutions.
• Lead user acquisition and engagement initiatives, including social campaigns, influencer collaborations, and referral programs.
• Continuously optimize retention, ROI, and conversion funnels through data‑driven experimentation.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and tech teams to localize offerings and improve user experience.
• Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager, turning insights into actionable strategies.
• Conduct market and competitor research, offering recommendations to strengthen nsave’s presence in Morocco.
• Report key KPIs and growth insights to global stakeholders.
