An established industry player is on the lookout for a dynamic Group Director of Sales to spearhead their commercial strategy across a portfolio of hotels. We are seeking a dynamic sales leader with a passion for results and a drive to build something extraordinary from the ground up. The Group Director of Sales will take full ownership of our client’s commercial strategy across a growing portfolio of hotels. This is a rare opportunity to shape and lead the sales vision of a multi-property, internationally-branded hospitality group.
Based within one of client’s flagship hotels in Düsseldorf, this role will focus on driving and overseeing all sales activities across the portfolio. Your mission: to develop and execute a results-driven commercial strategy that not only meets but exceeds revenue targets, while optimising every commercial touchpoint along the way.
The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with the Director of Operations, the hotel GMs, Property Sales Teams and the corporate Head Office team in London, to ensure local, area, and corporate strategies are fully synchronized and aligned.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces autonomy, and brings an entrepreneurial approach to leadership and sales strategy.
