Your mission

• CRM Management & Salesforce : You will analyze design and implement solutions in the CRM environment with a strong focus on the automation and extension of the Salesforce platform.
• Business Process Excellence : You will capture model and optimize complex business processes for our clients to increase efficiency and value creation
• Integrate End-to-End (E2E) : processes across entire System Landscapes.
• Future Technologies : You will actively apply concepts of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to develop new smart solutions for our clients.
• Data-Driven Consulting : You will utilize data analysis to derive well-founded recommendations for the strategic direction of our client projects while ensuring the highest level of data quality .

What we are looking for

Engaged talents with a strong technical foundation and the willingness to learn quickly :

• Education : You have successfully completed your degree in Information Systems Computer Science or Business Administration with a clear focus on IT / Digitalization or in an equivalent field.
• Process Understanding : You have a good understanding of business processes and the ability to critically question and document them.
• CRM Knowledge : You have initial prior experience with CRM systems ideally with Salesforce (e.g. through projects certifications or internships).
• Experience in Consulting projects : Familiarity with project-based work and the stakeholder interaction typical of consulting or internal project teams.
