A leading digital marketing firm is seeking an experienced German-speaking Google Ads Sales Account Manager to support high-value clients in retail and large-scale industries. This role involves developing and optimizing Google Ads strategies for mature advertisers and providing strategic consultancy. Candidates should possess a BA/BS in Marketing or Business, C2 German, and strong English skills. The position offers a gross salary of 30,000 € per year, with potential bonuses of up to 3,500 € and relocation support.
We are looking for an experienced German-speaking Google Ads Sales Account Manager to support high-value clients particularly in retail travel and other large-scale industries.
In this role you will work closely with established businesses to develop strategic long-term advertising solutions that drive measurable growth.
This position focuses on consultative account management rather than high-volume sales.
Your clients are mature advertisers with significant budgets expecting expert guidance and advanced marketing support.
Develop and optimize Google Ads strategies for large German-speaking clients.
Deliver data-driven recommendations and long-term growth plans.
Provide strategic consultancy across campaign structure, bidding, targeting, and creative direction.
Align advertising strategies with client business goals.
Act as a subject-matter expert for advanced Google Ads features and marketing concepts.
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business or related area or equivalent professional experience.
C2 German, strong English communication skills.
1-2 years in sales, digital advertising or account management.
Strong expertise in Google Ads ideally with enterprise-level clients.
Deep understanding of digital marketing strategy and campaign optimization.
Mid/Senior-level profile comfortable advising decision-makers.
Proven ability to develop long-term client relationships.
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and consultative skills.
Hybrid role in Barcelona, 39h/week.
30,000 € gross / year up to 3,500 € bonus.
