• Analytics & Optimization : Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.

Your profile:

• Experience & Expertise : 5+ years in social media management, ideally in health tech or B2B, with a proven track record in global strategy, lead generation, and building engaged communities that make an impact.
• Platforms & Tools : Deep knowledge of LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging platforms, plus hands‑on experience with social media management and analytics tools (Sprinklr, Hootsuite, HubSpot).
• Skills & Competencies : Strategic thinker with a bias for action, able to translate insights into measurable results. Strong communicator, collaborative leader, and skilled at activating internal stakeholders globally.
• Passion & Mindset : Data‑driven, creative, and genuinely passionate about health tech innovation, and turning complex ideas into stories that resonate and drive engagement.
