Your responsibilities:
- Strategy Development : Define and implement a global social media strategy to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Content & Campaign Activation : Plan and execute engaging, high-impact campaigns across channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Community Management : Build and nurture global communities, fostering engagement and activating internal ambassadors.
- Lead Generation : Design paid and organic social strategies aligned with demand generation and sales goals.
- Governance & Enablement : Develop global guidelines, playbooks, and enable regional teams with social best practices.
- Analytics & Optimization : Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
Your profile:
- Experience & Expertise : 5+ years in social media management, ideally in health tech or B2B, with a proven track record in global strategy, lead generation, and building engaged communities that make an impact.
- Platforms & Tools : Deep knowledge of LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging platforms, plus hands‑on experience with social media management and analytics tools (Sprinklr, Hootsuite, HubSpot).
- Skills & Competencies : Strategic thinker with a bias for action, able to translate insights into measurable results. Strong communicator, collaborative leader, and skilled at activating internal stakeholders globally.
- Passion & Mindset : Data‑driven, creative, and genuinely passionate about health tech innovation, and turning complex ideas into stories that resonate and drive engagement.
