  • Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline for hard‑to‑fill specialist and management roles by implementing a variety of talent attraction and engagement approaches
  • Integrate recruitment strategies to attract, shortlist, select, and appoint suitable candidates for various jobs, whether permanent or temporary, within the organization globally
  • Ensure the hiring of new employees by employing comprehensive recruitment processes
  • Monitor and apply recruiting best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process
  • Perform online research and conduct phone screening interviews to evaluate candidate applications and identify those that do not meet key criteria
  • Interview candidates and provide detailed feedback into the applicant tracking system (Staffing Board) following a specified interview framework
  • Build and nurture effective working relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide exceptional service
