Role Overview:

Within the Hospital Care division, we are seeking a Global Marketing professional for the IV Systems & Vascular Access unit at Melsungen. As a Global Product Manager, you will be part of an international team developing marketing strategies and activities for a key product line. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement global marketing strategies across headquarters and countries, bringing your ideas to life with creativity and initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement global marketing strategies.
• Manage the global marketing plan for the product line and overarching concepts, including STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning), value-oriented pricing strategies, and 'Insight 4 value' messaging.
• Conduct market research, monitor market trends, perform competitor benchmarking, and analyze industry trends.
• Manage the product portfolio lifecycle.
• Create and execute global marketing content and communication campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing & Sales), Pharmacy, Natural Sciences, or Engineering.
• Several years of international experience in marketing & sales, preferably in the medical technology industry.
• Experience in product management.
• Strong skills in implementing product strategies in local markets.
• Fluent English skills; additional language skills are a plus.
