A global coffee company based in Germany is seeking candidates for its Global Management Trainee Program. This 12-month program offers the opportunity to experience key business functions, lead important projects, and work with international teams. Ideal candidates will possess a degree, have a maximum of two years of professional experience, and demonstrate strong communication and adaptability skills. This role supports personal development and internal mobility within the organization.

Please note that the location you apply for will be where you complete your first market experience. The program includes internal mobility and multiple rotations during the 12 months offering you a chance to explore different roles and markets within JDE Peets.
