Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the Life Sciences practice, driving innovation, excellence, and growth across global Life Science operations.
• Craft and implement a visionary global strategy for the Life Sciences CoE, driving forward-thinking innovation in SAP solutions.
• Manage strategic partnerships with SAP SE and other key stakeholders, establishing best practices and standards across regions.
• Develop and sustain a comprehensive global Life Sciences Knowledge Portal offering premier training methodologies and presales materials.
• Formulate and oversee a dynamic global Life Sciences event strategy ensuring impactful participation in key industry events.
• Partner with regional and global sales teams to pinpoint and capitalize on strategic opportunities bringing executive presence to pivotal client meetings.
• Uphold high standards of delivery quality across all Life Sciences projects by implementing rigorous quality assurance frameworks and providing strategic support.
• Guide a global team of industry and solution experts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Exhibit a strategic and commercial mindset, staying ahead of market trends and driving energetic initiatives.
• Develop the global Life Sciences strategy with a hands-on approach.
• Be supportive to and cooperative with a variety of local organizations and countries.
• Actively spread the use and lead ongoing optimization of the global methodology (our USP).

Qualifications

• Extensive Experience: 15 years in IT consulting with at least 10 years in the Life Sciences industry.
• SAP Expertise: Deep experience with SAP solutions and implementations in the Life Sciences sector.
• Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success in building and leading global practices or centers of excellence.
• Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Life Sciences industry trends, regulations and business processes.
• Team Collaboration: A collaborative virtual leader adept at working with different cultures and fostering teamwork.
• Sales Acumen: Experience in complex solution sales and strategic account management.
• Global Communication: Excellent leadership and communication skills across cultures and organizations.
• Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel up to 40% internationally to support global operations and key client engagements.
