Professional Experience
1. Over 15 years of experience in the home appliance industry, including more than 5 years as a key operator in multinational enterprises or industrial initiatives, with a proven track record in building new business sectors and driving rapid scale expansion.
2. Familiar with kitchen and home appliance categories; experience in contract manufacturing management and overseas channel partnerships (e.g., Amazon, Costco, regional retail giants).
Management Experience
Over 5 years of experience in overseas management and international business operations.
Capabilities & Resources
1. Resource Integration: Skilled at leveraging internal supply chain and technology resources to empower new business growth; has led cross-departmental collaboration projects.
2. Data-Driven: Proficient in using data analytics tools to interpret market trends, user profiles, and competitor dynamics.
3. Benchmarking Expertise: In-depth knowledge of product innovation models, blockbuster product strategies, and global operation systems in the small home appliance industry.
