A global technology service provider in Leipzig is seeking an Adoption & Change Consultant to deliver impactful change management services. You will drive user adoption of Microsoft 365 and Copilot technologies by designing creative communication plans and engaging with clients. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in organizational change management with a strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools.

The role

Join our team as an Adoption & Change Consultant and help shape and deliver impactful change across our global customer base. As part of SoftwareOne’s Microsoft Center of Excellence, you will support the design and execution of Adoption & Change Management (ACM) services that empower organisations to fully embrace Microsoft 365 and Copilot technologies.

Your mission is to drive successful user adoption by blending strategic change management with a deep understanding of Microsoft solutions. You’ll work with experts across the global Microsoft CoE on large-scale transformation programmes and help clients unlock the full value of their Microsoft investments.

Main responsibilities
  • Adoption & Change Management Projects: Deliver ACM services focused on end-user engagement during transformation and adoption around Microsoft 365 and Copilot. Develop and execute creative communication and training plans to drive user adoption.
  • End-user Engagement: Design and lead activities that increase user involvement and maximise usage of Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
  • Client Relationships: Build strong, empathetic relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and representing the voice of the user.
  • Service Development: Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of professional services and consulting offerings related to Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including at C-level, to ensure alignment and project success.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation covering service design, delivery processes, and best practices.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Stay informed about trends and best practices in Copilot technologies and share knowledge across the team.
  • Sales Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to identify and develop new opportunities. Support project scoping and estimation based on ACM services.
  • Project Involvement: Participate in various transformation projects, gaining hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, and broader change management practices.
What we need to see from you
  • Microsoft 365 Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office 365. Experience with Copilot for M365 is desirable.
  • Copilot for Microsoft 365: Practical experience with Copilot features and their adoption within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Adoption & Change Management: Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in supporting and managing organisational change linked to new technology implementations.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to engage effectively with clients in a service-oriented manner.
  • Client engagement: Strong interpersonal skills to understand client needs and align services.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative: Solid organisational and time-management capabilities.
  • Project management: Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Languages: Proficiency in any other languages would be beneficial.
