Compensation

Monthly Gross Salary: competitve

Monthly KPI Bonus: €700 (performance-based)

Candidate Location & Relocation Policy (Important)

Strong preference for candidates already based in Berlin

Relocation candidates may be considered, but:

They may enter the process later

They may be rejected at final stages, even after successful interviews

Relocation is assessed strictly case by case

Relocation Support

Up to €1,500 for candidates relocating from outside Germany

Up to €700 for candidates relocating within Germany

Minimum distance requirement: 100 km from Berlin
