Overview

Be part of our international team in Barcelona and contribute to a fast-growing Digital Marketing Ads solution that is helping businesses scale across the globe. We’re seeking German-speaking professionals who can successfully engage and onboard high-potential clients, from ambitious startups to future unicorns. In this role, you’ll build trust, drive product adoption, minimize customer churn, and create opportunities for upselling and advocacy.

Responsibilities
  • You’ll act as a key partner for new clients, guiding them through onboarding and ensuring campaigns deliver measurable impact. Alongside onboarding, you’ll manage commercial responsibilities such as :
  • Proactively contacting prospects through outbound calls to present Google Ads.
  • Assessing client needs and recommending tailored strategies.
  • Setting up and managing PPC campaigns designed for quick results and sustainable growth.
  • Driving higher ad spend and promoting additional services.
  • Ensuring client databases are accurate and continuously updated.
  • Managing high volumes of daily phone interactions with potential customers.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Marketing or Communications preferred.
  • C2-level fluency in both German and English.
  • At least 2 years of sales or marketing experience, ideally in client-facing environments.
  • Independent, self-driven, and consistently achieving strong results.
  • Strong background in customer relationship management and CRM optimization.
  • Comfortable integrating AI tools into workflows to personalize engagement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—both written and verbal.
