This role is perfect for individuals who want to help others while using their language skills to support German-speaking clients in emergencies. You will be a critical liaison between the customer and our service teams, ensuring quick, effective assistance during roadside incidents. Responsibilities
  1. Answer emergency calls from German-speaking customers and provide immediate, empathetic assistance.
  2. Evaluate the nature of the emergency and coordinate with appropriate service teams for timely support.
  3. Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  4. Deliver clear communication to clients, keeping them informed throughout the assistance process.
  5. Collaborate with remote team members to share insights and improve service protocols.
  6. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills in customer service and emergency response.
  7. Collect feedback from customers to contribute to service enhancements and quality assurance.
Requirements
  1. Fluent in German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  3. Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
  4. Prior experience in customer service or emergency assistance is preferred.
  5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote work environment.
  7. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed.
