Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding food delivery services.
  • Address inquiries concerning orders, menu options, delivery tracking, and service policies with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system to improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and culinary teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed about food safety regulations and menu updates to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles, especially in the food or hospitality industry, is preferred.
