Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with transaction issues, account inquiries, and troubleshooting related to digital payment services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues effectively and ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and propose actionable improvements in service delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, payment technologies, and company policies to provide the best assistance to customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is beneficial.
  • Experience in customer service, especially within the digital payments or financial services sector, is highly desirable.
