Join the Global LT community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are currently looking for German Language Teachers to provide in-person customized lessons to our clients in Meerbusch, Germany.

Job Information

Ref: 170675/6: Face-to-Face: Two siblings (aged 8 and 6). Lessons can be back-to-back.

• Preferred start date: ASAP
• Availability: Tuesdays 15:30 - 18:30 or Fridays 15:30 - 18:30
• Lesson Frequency: 1x week (per child)
• Lesson Duration: 1 hour (per child)
• Student’s location: Near Pizzeria Capitano Totó - 40668 Meerbusch, Germany
• Current German level: Novice
• Native language: Russian

Students\' language needs and goals:

• 8-year-old child: needs to develop good grammar knowledge and support with Deutsch homework.
• 6-year-old child: Pre-school training - student is going to school next year and needs vocabulary for fluent age-appropriate communication.

Responsibilities

• Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons
• Develop curricula based on learners’ proficiency levels and desired outcomes
• Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners toward learning goals
• Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner

Qualifications

• Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language
• Certificate or degree in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or related field
• Minimum of two years of experience
