After successfully establishing ourselves as a development partner for well-known vehicle manufacturers, automotive suppliers and system suppliers, numerous customers from other industries now also rely on our support. We are active in all development phases - from specification to software/hardware development and validation through to testing.

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative engineer* with deep expertise in Braking and/or Brake-by-Wire (BbW) systems.
You will be responsible for the development, implementation, and calibration of advanced control strategies for next-generation braking systems. The ideal candidate* will have deep understanding and interest in modeling of Braking and/or BbW control strategies especially for highly automated vehicles, including stability and safety control based on Braking and/or BbW system. Your role in a multidisciplinary team requires collaboration with our global research and development community.
Your will be working on future trends of technologies, architectures, requirements in Vehicle Braking Technologies.

  • Development and tuning of braking system features
  • Conduct vehicle-level testing and calibration to validate braking performance, vehicle stability, and system robustness
  • Utilize tools (e.g., Vector tools Canape, Canoe, dSpace, Matlab-Simulink, C++ Coding, VBox, NCode) to model and verify system performance
  • Support functional safety (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity compliance for BbW systems.


  • Master’s or higher degree in Automotive Engineering Control Systems or a related field, with a focus on braking systems.
  • 3+ years of experience in design control systems for Braking and/or BbW or related chassis systems
  • Proven expertise in tuning longitudinal and lateral slip controllers within braking and stability subsystems
  • Strong communication capabilities. Ability to make the planned deliverables happen under pressure
  • Enthusiastic to work as part of our international team and fluent communication skills in English
  • Willing to travel to China (about 20% of time)
