In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to renewable energy products, services, and solutions.

Your fluent communication skills in French will enable you to effectively address customer questions, provide guidance on renewable energy solutions, and resolve any service-related issues. As a member of our dedicated team, you will play a crucial role in promoting sustainable energy practices while enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers, addressing inquiries related to renewable energy offerings via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide information and support on the benefits, installation, and maintenance of renewable energy systems
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate with technical teams to provide effective solutions
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in our CRM system
  • Gather feedback from customers to help improve service quality and offerings
  • Stay knowledgeable about industry trends and advancements in renewable energy technologies
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance personal expertise and customer service skills
Requirements
