We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Staffing Consultant to join our growing team.

Location: Remote / Work from Home

Schedule: Flexible (minimum 30 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future recruitment needs
  • Create and manage job postings across relevant platforms
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
  • Coordinate interview logistics and maintain candidate communication
  • Update recruitment dashboards and track hiring progress
  • Contribute to employer branding and recruitment strategy initiatives
  • Support internal talent development within the organization
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in full‑cycle recruitment
  • Strong sourcing skills with proven success in identifying top talent
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn and social media for recruitment
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Experience with ATS platforms such as Teamtailor is preferred
  • Reliable, organized, and able to commit to at least 30 hours per week
