It is really simple: as we are growing our candidate database and increasing clients' demand, we need support in finding, qualifying, and conducting full-cycle tech and non-tech recruitment for specific jobs. You have previous experience as a Freelancer Recruiter speaks fluent German, English - Portuguese is a plus
You speak fluent German, English and we wish, Portuguese. Most of our clients and candidates are native English speakers.
You have a growth mindset. You are also contributing to building ambi.careers from the beginning, so new opportunities could appear in the mid-term.
You are fine working as a freelance contractor. Yes, no fixed salary, no benefits, no full-time employment for the moment. You take the risk as we do, and we all get paid based on the placements. We aim to be the #1 agency and marketplace for startups and scaleups, so we work with a few, but great freelance recruiters, based on a respectful and trustworthy relationship.
You have some extra time that you could invest in this, not just 15 minutes a day.
You hate speaking with candidates and clients.
You don’t like the idea of freelancing or getting success-based commissions.
You are arrogant and don’t know what empathy is.
Again, English is a must, and another fluent language would be awesome. It's quite important to have previous experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates, but if you don't have and you learn fast and think you can do it, apply.
