FP&A Systems & Analytics Expert (m/f/d)

Location: Europe – Germany

Your tasks:

• Own the design, set‑up and continuous improvement of FP&A reporting, planning and analytics tools to enable accurate forecasting, insightful analysis and scalable decision‑making across the organization.
• Own and optimise FP&A planning and reporting tools.
• Act as system owner for FP&A platforms and ensure system integration.
• Partner with BI to translate FP&A requirements into scalable solutions.
• Develop standardised reports, dashboards and executive reporting.
• Build and maintain budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning models.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance and reconciliation across systems.
• Drive automation and efficiency in planning and reporting processes.
• Support system implementations, upgrades and user training.

Job requirements

• 10 years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting or financial systems roles.
• Proven experience implementing and owning FP&A planning and reporting tools.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with FP&A and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Jedox, Tableau).
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial and data modelling capabilities.
• Experience with data integration, ETL concepts and system interfaces.
• Ability to translate financial logic into robust system and data structures.
• Hands‑on, pragmatic and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English or German.
