We\'re seeking a Founding Product to take the user experience of SELECT to the next level. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to build and own our entire design system, from ideation to implementation.

What You\'ll Do

• Collaborate with the founders and engineering team to conceptualize and implement user-centric designs.
• Understand our product and vision at a deep level, crafting interfaces that don\'t just work but are a delight to use.
• Develop and maintain design systems that promote consistency and scalability.
• This role is 80% ideation and development of our SaaS design system in code, with the other 20% on branding and other materials such as marketing designs and website.
