Tasks

Starting points (challenges where you can help right now):

  • Learn via doing, writing, and contributing to our internal content knowledge base to internalize why/what we are working on. Extending this to our website and marketing/social content.
  • Learn to drive growth in our current marketing and sales process - tracking progress, coordinating executing tasks.
  • Learn to help us with recruiting (from sourcing to closing top talent)
  • Own and improve some internal operations (scheduling, processes, documentation)
  • Learn and support people operations and basic HR workflows
  • Manage projects and timelines across different functional areas
  • Potentially grow into a type of chief-of-staff role, a strategic right-hand to the CEO - sounding board, thought partner, execution engine
Requirements
  • 1-5 years of professional experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Hands‑on experience in at least one of: recruiting, operations, project management, marketing/sales, or business support
  • A digital native - comfortable using AI tools, automations, Notion, and modern workflows
  • Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused
  • Based in Berlin, available for in-office/hybrid working model
  • Curious, adaptable, low‑ego, and eager to learn by doing

Nice to Have

  • Experience working directly with founders or early‑stage teams
  • Exposure to tech/startup growth, hiring or business operations
  • An experimental mindset - test, learn, iterate

Our Hiring Process

We move fast, stay transparent, and focus on real collaboration. Here’s what the process looks like:

  1. Intro Call – A quick chat to align on expectations, interests, and team fit.
  2. Technical Deep Dive – A focused conversation with our COS to explore your technical thinking and past work.
  3. CEO Interview – A strategic discussion around vision, mindset, and long‑term alignment.
  4. Reference Collection – We’ll speak with a few people you’ve worked closely with.
  5. Paid Trial (~5 Days) – A short, real‑world engagement so we can see how we work together — happening in parallel with offer and terms discussion.

  • As a startup, you can expect a fast‑paced environment where extreme ownership is required.
  • If you are seeking a traditional corporate 9‑to‑5 role, this may not be the right fit.
