Your Tasks:

• Managing restaurant operations and maintaining an exceptional service level
• Liaise between the restaurant management, service staff, kitchen team, and guests
• Organization and execution of restaurant events
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and hygiene regulations
• Balancing the cash register at the end of the shift
• Ensuring guests’ satisfaction and handling complaints in a professional manner
• Conduction of necessary workshops and staff knowledge assessments

Your Qualifications:

• Berlin Residence and Ready-to-Start Status are required
• Experience as a service manager (m/f/d) or in a similar role
• Completed education or certification in gastronomy would be an advantage
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, incl. reservation, and POS systems
• English and German are a must, other foreign languages would be advantageous
• Pleasant appearance and hands-on mentality
• Hospitable soul and teamwork skills
• Interest in Italian cuisine is welcomed
