Job Summary

Financial Controller - 2 year Maternity Cover

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to :

• Works closely with Divisional HR Director, Business Unit Local team (HR / Finance) to coordinate and consolidate hiring plan, forecast and budget for HCs / FTEs and employment cost
• Coordinate with Divisional / Group HR the monthly HC / FTE reporting, including variance analysis and provide insights
• Supports BU Finance and Comply Controlling in preparing the end to end Divisional FTE / HC / employment cost forecast
• Supports Divisional Resource Committee with data organization and coordination
• Maintains and optimizes the central FTE / HCs / Avg. Cost data for reporting and forecasting ensuring constant monitoring using key figures
• Further development of the existing processes in close collaboration with Divisional HR / Controlling and Group HR
• Handle ad hoc tasks and requests that arise

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Controlling or Dual Studies and relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial data accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience with MS Office / Excel and Reporting systems, advantage is Anaplan, MyJ
