Qualifikationen

• Mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen.
• Strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Fähigkeit, sowohl selbstständig als auch im Team effizient zu arbeiten.

Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Leitung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung.
• Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen.
• Kontaktperson für interne und externe Stakeholder.

Kenntnisse

Kenntnisse in DATEV oder Business Central

Gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel

Starke numerische Fähigkeiten

Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben im Blick zu behalten

Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Ausbildung

Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften im Bereich Rechnungswesen

Your mission

• Independent management of the ongoing financial accounting of our real estate companies and holdings
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and Lux-GAAP
• Timely preparation and submission of advance sales tax returns
• Acting as a contact person for internal and external stakeholders
• Preparing annual tax documents for tax advisors
• Supporting the optimization of financial processes and systems
• Participating in diverse and exciting projects in the finance department, where you can contribute your ideas and expertise

Your profile

• Completed studies in economics in the field of accounting or commercial qualifications with more than three years of professional experience; further training, e.g. as an accountant, is an advantage
• In-depth knowledge of common accounting software, ideally DATEV or Business Central
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment and the ability to keep track of multiple tasks
• Strong numerical skills and quick comprehension of interrelationships
• Conscientious, structured, and results-oriented approach to work
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
• Confident written and spoken German and English skills
