Full-time/Part-time (80-100%); unlimited.

About the role:

We're looking for a Finance Assistant who has a love for numbers, a sharp eye for detail, and a genuine desire to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. In this role, you'll play an important part in our accounting team ensuring that invoices are processed accurately, reports are prepared on time, and financial documentation is always up to date. As a Finance Assistant (f/m/d) you would be responsible for:

  • Processing incoming and outgoing invoices from entry to posting and follow‑up.
  • Preparing cost‑center reports and supporting month‑end and year‑end closings.
  • Helping manage expense approvals and workflows using Candis.
  • Supporting reconciliations and ensuring accurate, up‑to‑date financial records.
  • Communicating with colleagues and vendors to clarify invoice or payment details.
  • Taking on general finance and administrative tasks to support the wider team.
