Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or account management at a B2B software company.
• 10 years of experience in sales covering the German security and defense industry.
• Ability to communicate in German and English fluently in order to manage client relationships in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience growing an existing customer base and acquiring new clients at scale to increase business growth.
• Experience cultivating C-level relationships and influencing executives.
• Experience selling cloud solutions, infrastructure software, databases, analytic tools or application software across the security and defense industry.
• Experience working with and leading cross-functional teams and partners in implementations and agreements.
• Experience with commercial and legal agreements, working with Procurement, Legal and Business teams.
• Experience in German Public Procurement law and processes (Vergaberecht), with a focus on the requirements of the security and defense industry, including understanding of NATO security standards and regulations.

As a Field Service Representative (FSR) on the German Public Sector team, you will be responsible for customers in the German Security and Defense industry. We are a global company that acts locally. You will prioritize customer success and impact by building trusted relationships and work seamlessly with Google Cloud Product, Engineering and Partner teams to deliver tailored solutions.
