You’ll be the go-to person for all things related to office operations, facility oversight, and people administration. This freelance part-time (approx. 20-30 hours per month) role offers a competitive per hour rate, autonomy (one weekly visit to office), and impact, supporting both employee wellbeing and operational efficiency in a dynamic international environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee relationships with service providers (cleaning, internet, maintenance)
  • Monitor and maintain access control, badges, and office security
  • Track and manage inventories (office supplies, IT equipment, furniture)
In addition, you will
  • Act as the primary contact for all office-related inquiries
  • Maintain relationships with service providers and supervise facility operations including suppliers, cleaning, and security
  • Support HR local administration: contracts, employee records, payroll input, onboarding / offboarding
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and timely maintenance of premises
About You
  • Experience: Proven experience in managing office, people and facility operations in a structured and autonomous way is required. Familiarity with HR processes and knowledge of German labor law is required
  • Skills: Organized, service-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Education: Degree in Business Administration or equivalent is a plus
  • Languages: Fluency to professionally communicate in English and German is required
