We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy B2B2C Commercial Tools Professional to manage and optimize our online spare parts shop, catering to both B2B partners and B2C customers. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for all users. Additionally, you will play a key role in shaping the future development of our website by implementing and managing innovative commercial B2C tools and features. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your online shop management experience with your passion for eCommerce innovation in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Online Shop Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of our online spare parts shop, ensuring smooth order processing, timely fulfillment, and excellent customer service for both B2B and B2C customers.
  • B2B Partner Support: Cultivate strong relationships with our B2B partners, understand their specific needs, and provide tailored solutions and support to ensure their satisfaction with our online shop platform.
  • Commercial Tool Implementation: Research, recommend, and implement new commercial B2C tools and functionalities on our website to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. This includes features like Commerce Connectors and add-to-cart functionalities.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the online shop, such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer satisfaction. Generate regular reports to analyze performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay Updated: Continuously research and stay informed about emerging trends in eCommerce, new commercial tools and technologies, and best practices in online shop management.

Your Profile :

  • Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) as an online shop manager or in a similar eCommerce role, ideally with experience serving both B2B and B2C customers.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), and online shop functionalities. Familiarity with commercial B2C tools and integrations (e.g., Commerce Connectors, payment gateways, shipping integrations) is a plus.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to interpret data from various sources, draw conclusions, and use data to drive decision-making and optimize online shop performance.
  • Customer Focus: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, both for B2B partners and B2C customers, with a proven ability to understand and meet their needs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Team Player: Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
