Responsibilities
  • You manage the kitchen team and are responsible for all operational processes
  • You develop creative menus, including for the à la carte offer, conferences, events and weddings
  • You ensure economical kitchen management with consistently high quality
  • You work closely with selected regional and international suppliers
  • You design the opening hours of the kitchen and organize the duty roster
  • You are the host from the kitchen for special formats such as “Artists & Dinner”
Qualifications
  • Completed training as a chef and several years of experience in upscale gastronomy
  • Experience in leading and motivating a kitchen team
  • You are characterized by creativity, efficiency and quality awareness
  • You like to work independently and appreciate good teamwork
  • Willingness to work part-time and flexible working hours
